The use value of salt spray testing machine

1. Turn on the power supply, you can press the "power" switch to set the value of the test temperature and the saturator temperature, that is: press the "SET" button on the instrument once, enter the "SV" value setting, press the "∧, ∨" button to set the required temperature value, and press the "SET" button to confirm after setting.

2. The control value of the over-temperature protector of this equipment is generally set at 75 °C, in order to prevent the temperature control instrument from malfunctioning and burning out the box, when the temperature of the jacket exceeds 75 °C, the over-temperature protection will automatically cut off the total power supply, please do not pull the protector casually.

3. When the user is doing NSS or CASS test, the temperature is set as follows:

Spray pressure(kg/cm): 0.8~1.2 1~1.4

Test temperature: 35°C 50°C

Saturation temperature: 47°C 55°C

4. If you need "gap" spraying, pull the transfer switch on the panel to the "cycle" gear to set the time required for spraying time and stop spraying time respectively, and the gap spraying botanical garden can start.

5. After the whole test, the air compressor should be turned off first, and the spray switch and power switch on the panel can be turned off when the two pressure gauge pointers turn back to the state of "0".

6. Adjustment of spray volume: airflow spray generally adjusts the pressure value or changes the cone height of the top of the tower, and generally adjusts the distance between the bottom plane of the tower cap and the spray mouth, which can be adjusted between 25~35mm according to the amount of settlement.
